Notley Court shortlisted for Inside Housing Development Awards 2021

Thrive’s first land-led development, has been shortlisted as ‘Best shared ownership development (rural and suburban)’ at the 2021 Inside Housing Development Awards.

Notley Court, a new rural development in Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire includes 12 high-quality shared ownership homes.

Due to its convenient location, outstanding schools and beautiful outdoor spaces, the community of Abbots Langley has experienced significant price growth over the last 10 years and is become more unaffordable.

Jack Burnham, Executive Director – Growth and Investment at Thrive Homes said; “At Thrive Homes, we are focused on increasing housing availability and affordability in one for the most expensive parts of the UK. We are proud of the modern design and build quality of the homes at Notley Court, which greatly complement the surrounding architecture and rural setting.”

The quality and good location of these homes was reflected by the quick sale of all shared ownership properties, with all properties being reserved in the first two days and a third being purchased by key workers, who may otherwise have been priced out of the area.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 4 November in London. For more information and to view the full shortlist visit ihda.co.uk/shortlist/shortlist-2021
