New phone number for customer feedback surveys

It’s important to hear from customers about our services and how we can improve them. That’s why we work with a market research partner, IFF, to carry out telephone surveys on our behalf.

From 1st November 2023, IFF will be using a new phone number: 0203 148 7645. Please save this number in your contacts so you don’t miss their call.

Your feedback is very important to us as we use it to make sure we are delivering a fair deal.
