For the first time Thrive’s tenant reward scheme has been extended to more winners, with a total of 10 happy customers taking a share of £2,000.
Each year, all Thrive tenants are automatically entered into an annual prize draw for keeping to the terms of their tenancy agreement.
This year the draw offers more prizes, with customers who have registered on the myThrive hub receiving additional chances to win. Digital tenant Ms Nash said: “I use the myThrive hub to raise repairs and look at statements, it’s super easy to use and means you get more of a chance of winning in the draw!”
When winning tenant Ms Water was asked what she thinks of the prize draw, she said, “It’s good to recognise customers that have always paid rent, been good etc. It’s definitely worth doing and a great reward!”
The tenant prize draw is Thrive’s way of saying thank you for being a great customer. Anne Bijum, Assistant Director Customer says: “It’s important to find ways of valuing our customers, so we’re especially keen to hear from customers that think the prize draw could be improved in any way”

The prize draw has come at a time when the nation is facing a cost-of-living crisis. When asked how the winners will use their prize, most said they will put their share towards bills.
Delighted to have won, Mr Barton says, “I can’t believe I’ve won! I’ll be putting half towards my bills but I’m also planning on buying a new shirt because it’s not often you get a chance to treat yourself!”
Following on from the success of the annual prize draw for tenants, Thrive has launched a second draw for leaseholders and shared owners with an emphasis on safety. A further three prizes of £200 will be up for grabs to homeowners who share their gas and electrical safety certificates with Thrive. By working together in this way we can be sure our homes and flat blocks are safe.
