On this page you can view our upcoming events and information on how to join us.
Most of our online sessions take place on Zoom, so it's a good idea to set up your account before the day of the event.
To sign up for a free account, go to www.zoom.us and click 'Sign up', once you have filled in your details you will receive an email from Zoom. In this email, click 'Activate account'.
Once you've done this, all you need to do is click the link of the event you want to join below and we will do the rest!

You will be able to view the link on the day of the event you are attending, we'll send you an email with any other information you need and who to contact if you experience any difficulty joining the session.
We advise joining 5 minutes before the event starts in case there are any technical issues.
