Thrive Homes retains highest regulatory ratings

On 17 November 2021, the Regulator for Social Housing confirmed that Thrive Homes has retained a G1/V1 rating for the third year running

This key rating for the social housing sector, follows an annual stability check and shows the support and confidence the Regulator has in Thrive’s business strategy and performance.

Mark Farrar, Executive Director – Resources said, “We’re delighted to have retained the highest possible rating from the Regulator for Social Housing. It sends out a strong message to our customers, colleagues and stakeholders showing that our organisation is stable, well run and capable of achieving our strategic aims of growth and investment in our existing operations.”

Over the next 10 years, Thrive is aiming to deliver additional homes to meet the demand of a wide range of customers in one of the most expensive parts of the UK.
