Thrive Homes Finance Plc secures funding for the delivery of new affordable homes

On Monday 2 August 2021, Thrive Homes Finance Plc executed two Forward Purchase Agreements securing over £106m of funding to support the delivery of new homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire.

The announcement was published by the London Stock Exchange at 6.17 pm on Monday evening and supports Thrive’s ambition to increase the availability of a range of affordable homes in some of the most expensive parts of the UK.
