Congratulations to our 2025 prize draw winners!

This year more households have won £200! This includes 10 tenants and 3 homeowners.

For Thrive Tenant Mrs Embleton, the £200 came as a nice surprise that she put towards her daughter's birthday: 

The Tenant Reward Scheme acknowledges and appreciates tenants who have kept to their tenancy agreement throughout the year. Those who meet the criteria will be entered into the prize draw, and the winners are then selected at random.

The Thrive Homeowner Prize Draw is a way of expressing gratitude to Thrive leaseholders and shared owners. To enter you need to provide us with a copy of your annual gas safety certificate (and electrical safety certificate if applicable). As we take pride in maintaining high-quality homes, this draw places a special emphasis on safety.
