Important update about our supporting repairs contractor
Customers who have previously had repairs carried out by our contractor Pilon may soon start to see the name United Infrastructure on emails, appointments and repair updates.
Pilon and United Infrastructure are now part of the same company, and over time the Pilon name will be replaced by United Infrastructure. As part of this change, some repairs that were previously managed under the Pilon name will now be carried out by teams operating as United Infrastructure.
We are working closely with the contractor to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible for customers.
For the time being, operatives will continue to wear Pilon-branded clothing, and customers may still hear team members refer to Pilon during appointments and phone calls.
Customers can be reassured that repair services will continue as normal throughout the transition. If you have any questions, please contact us in your usual way.
