We’re coming to High Wycombe in September 2025!

Thrive colleagues and board members will be in the community knocking on doors and chatting with customers.

This is more than a quick hello! We want to listen and learn about what matters most to our customers. Whether it’s something that’s working well or something that needs improving we want to hear about it.

If you live in High Wycombe, keep an eye out for an email with more details. When we come by, we’d love you to open your door and share thoughts.

How can I be sure that the person at my door works for Thrive Homes?

All colleagues will be wearing ID badges and we will not be asking for money. If you suspect someone is pretending to work on our behalf please call our office on 0800 917 6077.

What happens if I’m not in?

We appreciate people are busy and may not be able to answer the door when we pop by. Don’t worry, we’ll leave a note to let you know we stopped by – and you can contact us to arrange another time to catch up.
