Thrive Homes is making a small but important change to how we gather feedback from our residents.
From 1st July 2025, our customer satisfaction telephone surveys will be carried out by Emotional Logic, a trusted and independent specialist in customer experience research. This marks the end of our partnership with IFF, who have supported us in this work for many years.
We regularly contact a sample of residents by phone to ask for feedback on the services we provide. These surveys help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve, ensuring we continue to deliver a fair deal for our customers.
What’s Changing?
While the provider is changing, the process remains the same:
• Same survey questions – no changes to the format or content.
• Your feedback remains confidential.
• You may receive a call from Emotional Logic on 01908 278308.
• Participation is optional, but we strongly encourage you to take part and share your views.
Emotional Logic is a respected research agency that operates in line with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct, ensuring your data is handled with care and professionalism.
