Have your say on new Tenant Satisfaction Measures

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) wants input on a new set of questions it would like social housing landlords, like us, to ask tenants.

Tenant satisfaction measures (TSM) are intended to make landlords’ performance more visible to tenants so they can hold their landlords to account.

This is an important piece of work and follows on from the charter for social housing residents – social housing white paper which sets out what every social housing resident should be able to expect.

The new measures will empower customers to voice their honest experiences and influence positive change by:

  • enabling tenants to see how well their landlord is doing
  • giving the RSH an idea of which landlords might need to improve things for their tenants.
