We’ve dived straight into 2022 here at Thrive, with many focuses to work on this year.
Firstly, we are continuing to work with our key partners to bring services up to the contracted standard we set out with them. We want to make sure our services are delivered to the standard we have agreed with customers.
We know there’s still a way to go, and we’re hopeful our cleaning, grounds maintenance and repairs services will be in a stable place by April. Work is also still underway to introduce a new phone system and we aim for this to be up and running in the summer.
As well as our continued commitment to keep your home safe and well maintained, we'll also be looking at upgrading the energy efficiency of some of our homes that are harder to heat and developing new ways for you to have your say on our services.
