Our customer consultations have come to an end, and we’re now reviewing all feedback shared with us about the proposed merger with Watford Community Housing. We’ll be sharing more information over the next few weeks and are hoping to reach our final decision by April. Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts, ideas and concerns.
Your feedback has been invaluable and continues to play a vital role in shaping the future of Thrive Homes. We’ll soon be sharing more ways for you to get involved and help influence what happens next – stay tuned for more updates!
In other news, we’re continuing to work closely with Thrive Customer Voice members to improve our services. As part of this, we’ve appointed PiLON as our new repairs contractor. Working alongside our in‑house team, THS, we’re confident this partnership will help us reduce follow‑on visits, strengthen communication for customers around repairs and result in better contractor management overall.
We’re also using your feedback from our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).
