We provide and maintain a range of living aids in our homes. This includes stair lifts, through-floor lifts, and hoists to support residents in living independently wherever possible.

We are responsible for looking after any fixed lifting equipment in the homes we own and manage. This means equipment that’s permanently installed, not portable lifting devices that can be moved around.

Our responsibilities include servicing and maintaining things like domestic lifts, passenger lifts in communal areas, and other fixed lifting equipment. We also carry out regular safety checks to make sure everything continues to work safely and reliably.
