As a reminder – our colleagues and contractors:
- will always carry ID and you can ask to see this
- will never ask you for any cash payment.

Anglian Windows install windows, doors, and AOVs (automatic opening vents) for us and may arrange appointments directly with you.
DCUK carries out asbestos removal works on our behalf and may arrange appointments where asbestos needs to be safely removed. Customers will be contacted in advance of any works needed.
Emotional Logic is an independent research agency which has been selected by Thrive Homes to carry out telephone surveys on their behalf and which operates in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Market Research Society.

M.H. Goldsmith & Sons supports us with roofing repairs and may be in touch to arrange inspections or works to your roof.
NJL Limited is a repairs contractor supporting us with day‑to‑day maintenance, and they may contact you to arrange appointments for works needed in your home.
Philip Pank Partnership are independent surveyors who may contact you directly to arrange a survey on your home.
Seville Developments delivers our damp and mould works and cyclical decorations, and may contact you to arrange visits related to this.
T.S.G. Building Services provides electrical testing and remedial works to keep homes safe, and they may contact you to book an electrical inspection or repair.
Wallcoatings Ltd supports our retrofit programme with external wall insulation works and may contact you if your property is included.
