Every pound saved can be reinvested in new homes or used to improve the comfort of our current residents' homes. In accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, we must consider both value for money and regulatory compliance when procuring goods, works, or services. We have processes in place to ensure these regulations are adhered to before any expenditure is made. At Thrive Homes we procure out works, goods and services based on thresholds.

Low value
For contracts with low value, we procure work based on quotes and select the supplier that offers the best value for money.

Mid value
For contracts with an estimated spend exceeding £30,000 over a cumulative four-year period, we must either select suppliers from a pre-approved framework or demonstrate further competition

High Value
For higher value contracts that exceed the financial thresholds set by the Procurement Act 2023, all opportunities are published on our eProcurement portal.
