Craig is the Founding Partner of Bothy Consulting, a specialised advisory firm that assists businesses with their technology and transformation strategies and has an expertise in Artificial Intelligence. Before establishing his own consultancy, Craig served as Group Innovation Director at Grosvenor for six years, where he developed Grosvenor’s innovation capabilities amidst disruptions in the real estate sector. He led the integration of advanced technologies and managed a global investment portfolio in early-stage companies.
Craig also held the position of Chief Information Officer at Landsec, one of the UK's leading commercial property firms and a FTSE 100 company. He led numerous transformation initiatives including their largest digital transformation programme and several real estate business mobilisations.
Additionally, Craig serves as a Non-Executive Director for CHP and is a member of their Customer Experience Committee and Value for Money Group. He was appointed to the Thrive Board in September 2019 and is Chair of the Customer, Colleague and Governance Committee as well as our Member Responsible for Complaints (MRC).
