Tenant Question Time: Damp, Mould & Condensation 

Got questions about damp, mould or condensation in your home? 

Join us for a Tenant Question Time (TQT) session where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and hear directly from colleagues at Chime Housing. 

What is Tenant Question Time? 

Tenant Question Time sessions are hosted by our Gateway Membership Team (GMT) - a group of residents who work with us to help improve services. 

These interactive sessions are held a few times each year and give you the opportunity to: 

  • Ask questions about important housing issues 

  • Share your views and experiences 

  • Hear how decisions are made, and services are delivered 

 

Previous topics have included: 

  • Lift management 

  • Rent setting 

  • Parking 

  • Complaint handling
