Emma has 30 years’ experience in the housing sector and is responsible for leading the business assurance and risk functions of Thrive. This involves overseeing health safety & wellbeing to make sure both people and property are safe and that building safety and landlord compliance obligations are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Making sure Thrive meets the safety element of the Safety and Quality Standard.
- Leading the corporate Governance function, ensuring that we meet and remain up to date with our regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Managing Thrive's insurance and procurement service to make sure contracts that deliver a good standard of service and value for money to our customers.
- Risk management and assurance including internal audits, GDPR and policy management.
