Thrive Homes retains G1/V2 rating from the Regulator of Social Housing

Thrive Homes is pleased to announce that it has successfully retained its G1/V2 rating following the Regulator of Social Housing’s latest assessment.

Following the regulator’s annual stability check, the outcome confirms that Thrive meets the highest governance standards (G1) and continues to meet viability requirements (V2).

The Regulator has assurance that ‘Thrive’s financial plans are consistent with and support its financial strategy,’ whilst managing risks associated with continued investment in IT improvements and building new affordable homes.
