We invited members to share their thoughts on what should be featured in our Annual Report for Tenants 2024/25. A big thank you to 50 of our customers who took the time to complete the survey!

You also suggested other topics, and these included: 

Cleaning and grounds maintenance 

Complaints we’ve received and how we’re dealing with them 

Costs around electric and gas prices. 

We’re going to include more information on these topics in this year’s annual report, so you have a better understanding of the feedback we’ve had about our new cleaning and grounds maintenance providers, how we’re learning from complaints and how we secure the best value for money when it comes to gas and electric prices.  

You also wanted to know more about how third-party vendors are selected and how issues with car parking spaces can be dealt. While we won’t be covering these topics in this year’s annual report, we’re going to share more information about this in newsletters and on social media.
