Alix Green joined Thrive Homes in 2023 with vast experience in real estate, development and investment. Her appointment at Thrive follows on from successful career chapters at JLL, DS2 and Redrow Homes. This varied yet complimentary skill set ensures Alix is able to bring a unique position to Thrive and drive forward the business’s ambitions for the future.
Alix built her reputation advising on, and attracting investment in new growth areas in the industry - including Build-to-Rent (BTR) and affordable housing. At JLL, she worked her way up to the role of National Director within the Residential Advisory division and then moved on to be National Director for Residential Capital Markets within the Living Capital Markets Division.
