Meet your Customer Relations Team
The Customer Relations team is made up of two teams – Field and Sustainment & Intervention. Both teams work closely with our partner agencies such as the police, local authorities, and support providers as well as Thrive’s internal teams.
We look after all matters relating to your tenancy, home, or estate. In the coming months, we will be moving to a patchless way of working. This means that instead of having a dedicated contact, you’ll now have a team of 6 able to deal with your queries, feedback, and suggestions! We’ll keep you informed as to when this will happen, but for now, scroll down to meet each of us.

Trinder Panesar - Sustainment and Intervention
I originally joined Thrive in 2013. Having covered some tough inner city estate roles over the course of my career in Housing, I consider my role at Thrive one of the most rewarding. Dealing with some of our most vulnerable customers on a daily basis, I take great pleasure knowing I am making a positive impact to the lives of those that I come in contact with.
