Meet your Customer Relations Team
The Customer Relations team is made up of two teams – Neighbourhood and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) & Sustainment. We look after most matters relating to your tenancy, and both teams work closely with partner agencies such as the police, local authorities, and support providers as well as Thrive’s internal teams.

Siobhan - Neighbourhood Officer
I have been in the housing sector since leaving school working predominately in tenancy sustainment and housing support roles. I joined Thrive in 2022 to start a new challenge within my housing career. My favourite part of the role is getting out in the community and meeting tenants who come from all walks of life.
Jahangir - Neighbourhood Officer

I enjoy the strong partnership working my role entails, building relationships with tenants, contractors, local authorities, and many other agencies.
Poppy - Neighbourhood Officer
I have worked in Housing since 2009 covering various roles in different Housing associations. I joined Thrive in 2022 for a new challenge and am really passionate about my job. I help to support residents to feel safe and happy in their homes and assist in most areas of tenancy management including low-level ASB cases and tenancy changes.
Sara - Anti-Social Behaviour & Sustainment Officer
Trinder - Anti-Social Behaviour & Sustainment Officer
I originally joined Thrive in 2013. Having covered some tough inner city estate roles over the course of my career in Housing, I consider my role at Thrive one of the most rewarding. Dealing with some of our most vulnerable customers on a daily basis, I take great pleasure knowing I am making a positive impact to the lives of those that I come in contact with.
