Meet your Customer Relations Team

The Customer Relations team is made up of two teams – Field and Sustainment & Intervention. Both teams work closely with our partner agencies such as the police, local authorities, and support providers as well as Thrive’s internal teams.

We look after all matters relating to your tenancy, home, or estate. In the coming months, we will be moving to a patchless way of working. This means that instead of having a dedicated contact, you’ll now have a team of 6 able to deal with your queries, feedback, and suggestions!
