If you suspect someone is pretending to work on our behalf, please do not let them into your home. We will always let you know if a contractor will be attending and they will carry an identification card. If you are suspicious please call us on 0800 917 6077 to verify their details.
As a reminder – our colleagues and contractors:
- will always carry ID and you can ask to see this
- will never ask you for any cash payment.

Gilmartins is a maintenance contractor supporting us to carry out repairs to our homes. They may contact you to arrange an appointment for works required in your home or we may send a Gillmartin's engineer in place of one of our colleagues.

This organisation carries out telephone surveys on our behalf.
It's an opportunity for you to share your experience of our services so we can use your feedback to make improvements.

This is a building surveying company who are carrying out surveys of our homes to identify where improvements are made.
They will contact you if your home is due a survey to arrange a good time to visit your home.
