Welcome to Thrive Homes!

Thrive Homes is a new housing association set up to run the housing previously owned by Three Rivers Council after four out of five tenants voted in favour of the transfer. We have a programme to improve the quality of the housing through a £43 million investment programme over the next five years. The Thrive Homes mission statement is:

"Our mission is to provide high quality affordable homes in places where people will enjoy living. We will be both a landlord and employer of choice. We will provide excellent services that are available to all. We will be a trusted and respected landlord that sets high standards and delivers on its promises."

The promises to tenants were made in 2007 and details for how we intend to deliver are listed on the website.

The web site has been designed to provide you with information about Thrive Homes and provide services for our tenants. We are constantly looking to improve the website so if you have any comments or suggestions please leave us feedback.
