As well as influencing the services we deliver, it’s also a great way for you to meet other people and learn new skills. You can choose how to be involved and what interests you most. If meetings are not your thing, there are many other ways to voice your opinion and really take part.

Customer Experience Workshop
Calling all customers. We would like to invite you to attend one of our workshops to help us define the services we offer our customers. At the workshops we will also take the opportunity to ask our customers what really matters to them. To help us better understand what you our customers want the workshops will be hosted by an external facilitator.
The two workshops are taking place at the Thrive Homes office as follows:
- Customer Experience Workshop – Tuesday 28th March 2017 at 1.30pm until 5pm
- Customer Experience Workshop – Wednesday 29th March 2017 at 9.30am until 1pm
