Our general routine for repairs includes renewing or improving items that have reached the end of their useful life, including; kitchen or bathroom improvements, re-roofing and boiler replacements.

An emergency is an issue that immediately puts your safety, security, or health at risk. These risks could also affect your family, visitors, or anyone else in your home.

Non-urgent repairs can be reported in one the following ways;

  • myThrive app - upload photographs and select an appointment date that suits you. Available to download on Google Play or the App Store.
  • Facebook messenger - talk to us within office hours by clicking on the Messenger icon.
  • By phone - Freephone 0800 917 6077 during office hours (8am - 5pm Monday to Friday)
