Have your say on the way we manage repair appointments
By joining one of our sessions, you will:
- understand how we prioritise different types of repairs
- help us define realistic and fair timeframes for repair appointments
- suggest the best ways for us to share this information with you.
You can choose from these two sessions:
- Tuesday 27th February, 6:00pm - 7:00pm (online Zoom session only)
- Friday 1st March, 11:00am - 12noon (online or in person at our office: Westside, Hemel Hempstead HP3 9TD)

If you're joining online, this event will take place on zoom, so it's a good idea to set up your account before the day of the event.
To sign up for a free account, go to www.zoom.us and click 'Sign up', once you have filled in your details you will receive an email from Zoom. In this email, click 'Activate account'.
Once you've done this, all you need to do is click the link of the event you want to join below and we will do the rest!

You will be able to view the link on the day of the event you are attending, we'll send you an email with any other information you need and who to contact if you experience any difficulty joining the session.
We advise joining 5 minutes before the event starts in case there are any technical issues.

We're offering some in person spaces for this session at our office in Hemel Hempstead: Westside, Hemel Hempstead HP3 9TD.
If you'd prefer this option, book your in person space and simply join us at least 10 minutes before so we can start at 6pm.
We'll update this page with an update on directions for parking and finding us in the office.
