Question Time Joining Instructions 

If you have used Zoom before please click on the button below to enter the online Question Time event. If you are new to Zoom, please take a look at our guide below for instructions on how to get connected.

  • Zoom Desktop/Laptop Joining Instructions
    • Click on the 'watch the live stream' button at the bottom of the page to access the Question Time event. 
       
    • You will see a pop up which says ‘open zoom meetings’ – this will open the zoom app on your computer or will prompt a download which will    appear in the bottom of your browser window:

    • Once it has finished downloading, click on it. You may be prompted to click ‘run’ or ‘agree’ – this is safe to do so.
    • A new window will open up
    • Enter a name. Please note: the name you enter will be visible to other participants
    • Click ‘Join with computer audio’

     

     

    • Alternatively, you can join using the webinar ID - 947 3490 7025
    • You’re now in the live webinar stream

    Accessing the chatroom and live Q&A feature when enabled by Thrive:

    • For the chat feature please click the chat icon at the bottom of the screen (as shown below), type your message and hit enter on your keyboard.
    • For the Q&A feature click on the icon on the bottom of the screen (as shown below), choose whether you want to ask the question anonymously and then hit the enter button to submit your question to the panel.

  • Zoom Mobile Joining Instructions
    • Click on the 'watch the live stream' button at the top of the page to access the Question Time event. 
       
    • You will see a pop up which says ‘download from app store’ – this will prompt a download by taking you to the app store.

    • Once it has finished downloading, you can either join using the webinar ID -  947 3490 7025 – or go back and click the joining link again.
    • Upon joining the webinar you will be asked to register with a username and email address. Enter a name. Please note: the name you enter will be visible to other participants

    • Click ‘Join with computer audio’
    • You’re now in the live webinar stream
