myThrive hub 1500th myThrive hub user promotion: terms & conditions
We want celebrate the launch of the new myThrive hub and encourage as many customers as possible to manage their Thrive account online. To do this, we are giving away a £100 voucher to 1500th user to activate their myThrive hub account and meet the criteria and fulfil the terms and conditions as laid out below.
- The myThrive hub launch promotion is open to all current Thrive Homes tenants, leaseholders and shared owners over 18 (EIGHTEEN) years of age.
- Customers must activate their myThrive hub account for the first time.
- The incentive is limited to a total of 1 ONE customer.
- Customers must fully activate their account and complete the following information:
- Get involved and communication preferences
- Household details
- The promotion will run until the 1500th customer has activated their account or until 1st April 2021, whichever is soonest. Thrive Homes reserves the right to amend or revoke these terms at any time without notice.
- Thrive Homes will verify each customer’s activity against activation requirements as laid out above. Within 21 working days of successful verification, the winner will be notified and sent an electronic voucher to the full value of £5 by email or text message.
- Thrive Homes does not take responsibility for any lost communications (for example, missed emails due to junk filters).
- Thrive Homes does not accept responsibility for unsuccessful delivery of the incentive voucher and will not issue replacements.
- The incentive voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for any other cash, prizes or services from Thrive Homes.
- Thrive Homes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this scheme with or without prior notice. The decision of Thrive Homes in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Thrive Homes accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of accepting the incentive.
