What is the new myThrive customer hub?
The myThrive customer hub is new way for Thrive tenants, leaseholders and shared owners to manage their account online including:
- reporting repairs and booking appointments at a time that suits you
- viewing account balance and making payments, including setting up payment plans
- viewing information specific to your block or property
- and much more!
How is the myThrive hub different to the myThrive app?
Based on your feedback, we found that the myThrive app isn't always compatible with your smart devices and has limited functionality, for example, the type of repairs you can book. The app is also only available to tenants.
The myThrive hub uses progressive web app technology which basically means you can access it from any device that has a browser (like Chrome or Safari).
We're really excited to offer a way for you to take control of managing your account 24/7 - and that includes whether you're a tenant, leaseholder or shared owner.
