The opportunity
To be the lead for all areas of data capture, storage, retrieval and development across the Asset Management Team, responsible for consulting and advising internal and external customers in all areas relating to data management between systems and departments. Specifically assisting the Asset Manager with this. To provide effective, up to date stock performance data in a timely manner for procurement and appraisal purposes.
This role will be measured on your effectiveness of delivering a comprehensive and varied support service to the Property Services department and to deliver against its strategic objectives in line with Thrives Vision & Values. It will take into account employment law and best practice as well as the following success criteria:
• To ensure the Property Support Officers are trained coached and empowered to support to review and upload data to the Asset Management System.
• Analyse and verify data being received to ensure accuracy of information being inputted into relevant I.T. systems. Creating standard protocols and accurately updating Keystone and other IT applications with the works completed under the Major, Planned works, and Reactive maintenance programmes. Ensuring all relevant data relating to works is captured and tenant refusals are accurately documented.
• Responsible for ensuring that all data is kept up to date and accurate. When identifying errors ensure that these are rectified and be responsible for validating data across systems and for the lifecycle of projects.
• Responsible for ensuring that all data received is inputted into Keystone within agreed timescales.
• Extract reports from Keystone, QL, and any other databases used to carry out works and forecast future planned works required on any projects or properties.
• Ensure that appropriate budgeting and other financial data is provided to the Major Works Manager when requested, to assist with programming new and monitoring existing projects.
• To raise works orders on QL and amend and complete as appropriate, collect relevant property and tenancy information for major works projects.
• You will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties/projects as required by your line manager/senior manager.

What you need to know
• Experience of delivering a high quality customer focussed service.
• Experience of and competence in computerised recording systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
• Successful experience of working independently and using a small team to deliver projects.
• Experience of working with contractors, consultants and ICT product suppliers.
• Experience of working with an Asset management system preferably Keystone.
• Experience of working with a Housing / Maintenance management system.
• Advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience of working in a social housing environment.

Desirable Skills
• GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C to include Maths & English.
• Desirable a qualification in data management or computer software.
• Practical knowledge of one or more of the following IT Systems. Keystone / QL.
• Advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
