Your Neighbourhood Team

Welcome to your new neighbourhood team

We've been busy listening to your views through the Resident Voice groups about how you want your neighbourhood services improved.

From Monday 19 April 2010, we are focusing our services on three individual neighbourhoods, each with its own neighbourhood officer and income recovery officer. Click the links to find out which officer to contact.

Your neighbourhood officer manages your tenancy and estate. The neighbourhood services team are available to take your calls between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and are based at our South Oxhey office, 35-37 Oxhey Drive, South Oxhey.  

Your income recovery officer is at the Croxley Green office, Building 3, Hatters Lane, Croxley Business Park, Watford and is waiting to help you with your rent account.  The income recovery team are available to take your calls Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm and until 7.00pm on a Wednesday.   

We have also employed two additional officers to help customers succeed in maintaining their tenancies. The tenancy sustainment officer can offer you help to keep your tenancy if you need support. The financial inclusion officer will help you manage your money and ensure you have access to the maximum amount of benefits and income entitlement.
