At Thrive Homes we want to be able to recognise teams and individual staff members who are providing a good service.  So, if you have had a particularly good service from someone here at Thrive Homes please let us know using the Comments, Compliments and Complaints form.

Complaints

We want to know whenever you are unhappy with our service or with the way that we have dealt with you, and if we can't remedy the situation to your satisfaction, and you wish to pursue the matter we will always take your concerns seriously, investigate the matter and see what we can do to help.
