Payment Card update........The old-style paper payment card will not be replaced this coming year. Please use your new payment card whenever you pay your rent or service charges instead. Everyone who does not pay by direct debit will have been sent a plastic payment card in September 2009. If you need a replacement card, please let us know on freephone 0800 917 6077 or email nora.dawson@thrivehomes.org.uk There is no charge for this card. If you have not used PayPoint before, or have any questions about how to make your payments, please ask us. It's really simple and far more convenient - many of the outlets have extended opening hours. We do understand that this may seem quite a change, but please don't worry, our local staff will happily help you through the process either in person, or over the phone. You don't have to wait until March - start using the payment card today. We have had a positive response to the new plastic payment cards which mean you can now pay your rent or service charges more conveniently 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online. Alternatively you can pay in cash at the Post Office or at any of the 2,000 PayPoint outlets across the UK (there are at least 40 in our district) or you can ring us on freephone 0800 917 6077 during office hours. Direct Debit is popular - you don't have to do anything as regular payments are automatic. We can help you fill in the direct debit form and set this up very quickly.
