Our apprentices earn a wage and work alongside experienced staff to gain job-specific skills and attend college, usually on a day-release basis, to work towards achieving a nationally recognised qualification.
Apprenticeships can take between one and four years to complete depending on the level of Apprenticeship and the apprentices’ ability.
They are open to all ages above 16, whether you are just leaving school, have been working for years or are seeking to start a new career. You just need to be living in England and not taking part in full-time education.
There may be different entry requirements depending on the Apprenticeship and nature of the job.
Apprenticeships are designed to offer a structured programme that takes you through the skills you need to do a job well.
You will be working on a day release basis with four out of five days learning your trade alongside experienced staff and the fifth day at a local college or other training provider.
Apprenticeships are generally offered at Intermediate level, however there may be the opportunity to go on to a further qualification at Advanced and / or Higher level.
