Permission for home improvements

Home Improvements

You may make improvements, alterations and additions to your home provided that you have first obtained our written consent and all other necessary approvals (for example, planning permission or building regulations approval). We shall not unreasonably withhold our consent but may make it conditional upon the work’s being carried out to be a certain standard.

Here are some examples:

• Putting up a television aerial and/or satellite dish

• External decoration

• Additions to, or alterations in, our installations, for example: changing your heating thermostat

• Fixtures and fittings.
