Welcome to your latest update on the communal grounds maintenance service!
The first grass cuts of the year have been done. Please remember that the grounds maintenance team only collect the grass on the first cut of the season. Going forward, all clippings are left behind as this service comes at additional cost.
You can read about what’s included in the grounds maintenance service in our communal standards.
Over the next few months, the team will be focusing on weed spraying on days when the weather is dry.
The recent strong winds may have caused trees fall or branches break. If this has happened in your garden, please ask a professional tree surgeon to check it. If this happens on a public path, please tell your local authority.
If you are concerned about a tree causing damage to your home or the shared area of your flat block, please contact us right away
As always, If there are any changes to your visit, we will update your building’s online event calendar. We’re currently updating these calendars for the year and we’ll let you know once they are ready to view.
